“The management company that takes care of this apartment was easy to work with and were very quick to respond to my questions. The apartment overall was very clean and well taken care of but the building in general was in rough shape. There was garbage and mail all over the entry way and in the laundry room. Plus mud and dirt had been tracked in up and down the stairways. It just felt like no one was in charge of taking care of the building. Too bad as it is a lovely old Victorian. My only issue……

“We picked this condominium based on its closeness to the Cleveland Clinic. Our adult daughter was having a procedure done. The condominium was extremely clean. Our host was amazing on communication. Often responding instantly to any question we had. The free parking deck located on the facility was a huge plus. The Fairfax market located on the ground level was amazing. I’d recommend this condominium to anyone staying for the Cleveland Clinic, or just visiting Cleveland period. ”
