“Communication was always very prompt. The apartment felt brand new. Nice location, I had jerk chicken from a place a couple of doors down. Top notch.”

“Apartment was clean and had some cooking items, plates, utensils etc. Washer/dryer unit didn't work well for me, BUT I didn't notify the property owner. Plenty of parking in the BACK of the building. Gas station, reasonably priced very close. Close to highway. Best arrive/unpack and leave/pack up during sunlight hours. Would stay again.”

The couch is in need of replacement - low style and in rough shape, and that’s the only thing to sit on and 4 of 6 adults had no where to sit other than hard metal bar stools. The roof was dirty and trash all over the place. The grills on the roof were filthy with food left in them. No way I would have used them to cook on.Positives - close to the Guardians ball park. “When we checked in, temperature inside was 82 degrees. We set thermostat to 68 to cool it off. That only raised the temp to 83. Texted host and left for night out. Our entire stay was 82/83 degrees inside. No screens on downstairs windows, hole in upstairs patio door screen (plus decking outside was connected to neighbors so not exactly safe). Maintenance records on heating/cooling unit showed that last servicing was in 2004. (Easy to see this because one of the bifold doors was gone, exposing……

“Pretty good spot, I stayed for two nights, there were no problems except for a few lights not working. The whole place was clean and neat. I’d definitely stay there again.”

“Arrived on site and with the help of two people coming out was able to find the needed information on how to access the building and what unit we were suppose to be in. The unit was on the 7th floor and found out that the elevators were down and not going to be fixed anytime soon. I am 84 and there was no way that I could carry all the suitcases up that many floors. “The property lived up to the pictures. It was exceptionally clean, meticulously arranged, and tastefully decorated. The warm and inviting ambiance made it feel like a cozy home away from home. The property was very quiet, which I always appreciate. The location was convenient, with shops and grocery stores just a short distance away, and it was close to downtown. We will definitely book this property again when my partner and I visit this area next time!”
