「When we checked in, temperature inside was 82 degrees. We set thermostat to 68 to cool it off. That only raised the temp to 83. Texted host and left for night out. Our entire stay was 82/83 degrees inside. No screens on downstairs windows, hole in upstairs patio door screen (plus decking outside was connected to neighbors so not exactly safe). Maintenance records on heating/cooling unit showed that last servicing was in 2004. (Easy to see this because one of the bifold doors was gone, exposing...
