Cleveland Mill Stream Run Reservation Hotels

"This was a terrible experience. Got to the property at 10:50pm a sign was posted at the reception desk but no signs be ever returned. Called the hotel and could hear phone ringing but no one ever picked up. Waited there until 11:30pm because I didn’t want the hassle of trying to find a hotel that late at night which I got anyway. Terrible, unprofessional experience. Would not recommend. "

"Said breakfast was till 1030 but lady working said 10. Pool was not opened. Elevators were sketchy to say the least. Good spot for a good price. "

"I had my first very bad encounter at this facility. There was a female staff that I had never met before as I come there pretty frequently. She called my room at 10:12pm complaining of noise over her head in the office. I was fast asleep and told her it must be the other room opposite side over her. She knew that I was the one in the room and she was just being flat out Racist. I came to office to explain and she loudly put me out of the office with threats of calling the police. I packed my things and left. I doubt if I return as long as she works there. She had so much hate in her eyes and voice. I’m 57 years old and I don’t think I’ve ever experienced anything thing like it before."

"We loved the rustic charm of the bungalow. Host provided everything we could have needed and made check-in and out very easy. Location was close to restaurants and just a short drive to Cuyahoga Valley National Park. Highly recommend this property and this host."
