"Room was clean, breakfast had plenty of options, staff are cheerful.
However they do take an unexpected £50 deposit, the payment leaving your bank immediately. On check out they tell you your deposit will be refunded immediately or within the next day or too, still waitng nearly 48hrs later! Guess this deposit thing is new as NEVER been asked before on any Hotel.com stays before!"
