「Booked as a short stay for our wedding anniversary. I've seen this property many times as we've walked between Windermere and Bowness and been intrigued by the waterball outside. Didn't actually realise it was this hotel when I booked. We stayed in a lovely suite with an outside hot tub, a steam room,small sitting area and jacuzzi bath, as well as separate shower room. 「What a wonderful hotel. Greated by the owner when we arrived, explained everything about the hotel, offered to help us with the local area if we didn’t know how to get around. The breakfast choice was immense and everything we had was beautifully presented and perfectly cooked. Rich and Ada were both very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely stay here again. Location is perfect, the same distance from Bowness and Windermere and both being walkable 」
