"The room was lovely, very clean with a view over the town towards the lake and mountains. The staff were very helpful, I needed two singles not a double and they immediately sorted this. Breakfast was very good ....and generous. The hotel is in an excellent position for the town and lake and has the bonus of parking."

"Hotel showing its age but lake view rooms very nice. Clean and tidy but older part of the hotel could do with full refurbish. Breakfast lovely and evening meal reasonable. Drinks very expensive."

"A lovely little apartment. Very close to the town centre. We had a slight hiccup with access but it was resolved. It might have been quicker if the property manager answered the phone but Vrbo customer services got hold of the owner."

"Location and parking 10/10.cleanliness terrible left over chip in oven from previous guests dirty tinfoil lining the oven fat dripping down the oven door.left over boogies left on the door.The mould in the back bedroom resulting in my son having to stay elsewhere with friends.No refund given due to my blurry photos (which weren’t) I’m not a professional photographer.The cleaning company lied about this if you have a complaint please do so while your there and take lots of pictures as they will say the photos are blurry.Not acceptable to left people stay in a mouldy unclean apartment but it is up for sale so they clearly aren’t bothered.internet not working the shower was unbearable overall 10/10 for disappointment "
