“Room clean .staff very friendly.food in restaurant was very good”

“The room was big and spacious, the bed was firm and i slept really well. I was trying to see what mattress was used so i could buy one. I was attending a wedding in the local area was was ideal. The view from my room was a pitch behind the hotel and i heard cheering l looked out of the window and saw alot of naked men running around the pitch with a crowd, im assuming some sort of charity thing, but it made me laugh. The only down sides was the hairdryer didnt work, after a few minutes it……

“The staff at Bagden Hall are absolutely outstanding in all respects. The food was very good, especially the high tea, and the many walking paths around the property make this location a true sanctuary.”

“The restaurant was lovely and the staff very friendly. The food was good value for money. We went to Wentworth Woodhouse Flower Show and it is a very easy walk. There is also a large garden centre very near. There was plently of parking at the property and the bedroom was huge. Very good place to stay.”

“We wanted somewhere close to Hillsborough Stadium, and The Queens Ground fit the bill perfectly. Our room above the pub was clean, comfortable, and quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. The pub itself is a proper local’s boozer - warm, welcoming, and full of character, with reasonably priced drinks. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Would happily stay again.”

“Great place to stay in Sheffield near the university with on site free parking which was great. Staff really friendly and we ate there in the evening and although it was fully booked they found us a table. Plenty of choice on menu and they had gluten free options which was great for us. Will stay there again.”

“Lovely small quiet hotel in a great area of Sheffield right next to Encliffe Park & walks into the Peak District. Friendly staff & lovely editions to the room, lovely toiletries, water & milk in the fridge & delicious homemade brownies. We got upgraded to a lovely room with a roll top bath. ”
