"My boyfriend and I got to the hotel and had an easy check in. We got to our room and there was a small issue but the staff was quick to fix and solve our problem. The room we ended up getting was perfect, the room was spacious (like the photo I expected I was paying for) and the view was amazing! It was very quiet too so that was really nice. There was also a safety check as I left the door open, security had came around and checked on us (I think that was really attentive and assuring that no one just leaves doors open). We would stay there again."

"A nice hotel to use as a base to visit Chicago. The location was great for what we wanted to see and do. The rooms were small but adequate. Nothing fancy."

"I went for the woman's dorm/hostel thing and shared a room with 3 other women. The bunks were confortable and allowed for privacy. They were tall enough to sit in comfortably and everything was clean. My roomates were wonderful and we all kept to ourselves. This was a business trip and all I needed was a means to shower and a place to rest my head, which I was able to do with ease. "

"The hotel was very nice. They have a very strict 4pm check-in policy and charged us $25 for early check in at 2 pm. Aside from that, it’s very conveniently located near Magnificent mile. We walked most of the time but there is a bus stop around."
