"Pure luxury, all staff amazing! Especially Peter the doorman!"

"Clean"

"Room was dirty and dated. Balcony unusable, could not open curtains as it was under full renovation. Pool was closed. We were notified of some balcony’s requiring work but was not expecting to be put in one of those rooms in low season. We were not notified of the pool being closed. We canceled our reservation and moved to another hotel. The front desk manager was pleasant to deal with. "

"Beautiful as usual "

"Nice hotel; would’ve given 5 stars, but didn’t have a great experience with the hotel staff. Asked about getting in 10 minutes before the official breakfast opening, due to an early tour departure. Was told that it wasn’t possible, which we understood. But as the doors opened for breakfast that morning and we rushed in to grab a few items to take along for breakfast, we happened upon another couple, who was leisurely finishing up their breakfast. I mentioned this issue to the night manager that evening, who told me he would look into how that had happened. We never received an explanation. We understand the need for hotel policies, but if you’re going to have them, at least enforce them consistently. "

"The Grace was a lovely historical place to stay. Comfy bed & good room, very handy to everything in the middle of the city. Only downside is no Foxtel TV. Would definitely stay there again."

"Amazing "

"Excellent location, short walk to Darling harbour/ Barangaroo and to the city. No swimming pool. Good buffet breakfast facilities, excellent bar on roof top looking out over the harbour and surrounds, but pricey $$. Bed was quite hard, shower had good pressure. Room was very quiet on city side of the hotel. Found all staff pleasant and helpful."

"Room cleanliness was sub-par for a hotel of this calibre. I’ve had numerous black hair in the shower and several areas had a serious dust accumulation. "
