"I visited Shenzhen with my two teenage children and stayed at this hotel for 17 days. During our stay, the staff were extremely kind and professional. They thoughtfully arranged two rooms with views of “Windows of the World,” which was perfect for me and my kids. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of food that we really enjoyed. The only downside was the air conditioning—our room had a lingering smell of smoke. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and we would definitely come back."

"The room and facilities are great, we enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi, the breakfast buffet was nice too, their Chinese restaurant also got a good menu, the hotel is surrounded by IT and network company offices, facing SZ University, very dark and quiet in the evening, subway entry at the basement makes transport more convenient.
