We love this place, friendly staff, we went back to the hotel to rest before dinner and the staff brought us apples as refreshments, great location (across the street from the bus station), lovely onsen, outdoor, indoor or private. I am not a big fan of public onsen, so the private one is perfect. We will definitely stay here next time.

everything is good, only a little more effort in keeping rooms clean will be fantastic. Not meaning room is dirty, but there is dust accumulated on lamps and corners......

Everything is great, highly recommended. Worth for its price, I will definitely book the same level hotel of this brand when I visit other places in Japan

Just 20 minutes drive from the city centre and skiing site. The staff is very helpfull and polite. The room is very clean and tidy. The onsen is on the top floor with a very good view. A highly recommended hotel.
