“Great stay in a wonderful location! We loved that we were able to walk to Bell Rock which is one of our favorite spots in VOC. Comfortable beds, all the amenities you could need and the shower pressure was amazing especially after a long day of hiking. The internet was the only “issue” we had but may have just been due to the weird weather patterns lately. “Excellent location and communication. Tons of space and kitchen was well stocked. Close to lots of restaurants in Oak Creek. Only thing that was strange was that we thought we were getting a king sized bed, but we had two twin beds pushed together, which made things just slightly shorter than we expected. “We loved our stay at this clean, comfortable, cute, well-appointed condo. The community was so quiet, we had the hot tub to ourselves 2 nights and were joined by some tenants from another unit the 3rd night and we had a great visit with them. The owners provided excellent communication which made the check-in/check-out process as simple as can be. We would definitely stay here again and so appreciate the ease, comfort and location of our stay.”

“This unit was ok. The bedrooms and out door sitting areas were next to the road adjacent to a roundabout, so it was loud and headlights shined in at night. It got chilly at night and there was no heat in the unit. When contacting vacasa, they were not familiar with the unit. They had to research and we were told there were space heaters. We located one in a closet, and an empty box in the master bedroom closet. The smoke detector went off one morning and we had ro call to have the battery……

"The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay."
