“I don’t usually write reviews, but this stay was so wonderful I just had to share it. Every staff member was friendly, polite, and always smiling. Their warmth made such a difference and really made us feel welcome. The food was amazing — we tried teppanyaki, French dishes, and everything tasted great. The restaurants were beautiful, and the cocktails at the pool bar were unforgettable. I’m not even a big drinker, but every drink was delicious! Our room was cleaned twice a day, and the staff……

“Over all not too bad. Hotel is clean. Restaurant is nice. And staff is friendly. The only thing is the room we booked is not we expected. We thought we booked an ocean view. But the room we got is partially ocean view. ”

“This was our first stay on an Excellence property. Everything about the resort is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. Our room was meticulously cleaned every day as well as towels replaced and bed turn down every evening. The pool area and beach were clean and lovely with fresh towels conveniently located and abundant. Restaurant and food options were excellent as well. One thing that stands out above and beyond expectations is the staff and service. Simply outstanding. Looking forward to our next……
