“Very good hotel near the beach! The room was clean and comfortable. You can spend one day totally at the hotel to enjoy the beach and also the nice swimming pool in the hotel. Towels are provided.”

“This apartment was wonderful! It had many beds, all comfortable and it was equipped with everything we needed. The location is excellent with Puerto Cancun just being across the street. The apartment has a wrap around patio with spectacular views to Isla Mujeres and the harbor. The only negative I would say is that the apartment has some rules we weren't aware of. The complex doesn't allow guests, even to drop you off or if you have family you want to hang out with in the apartment. You also……

“The room is not what is portrayed online. The room is damaged. The bathroom ceiling didn’t even have a ceiling. It had drywall screwed together and falling apart. There was no hot water. I let maintenance know. Toilet cover was also broken every time to use the toilet I’d almost fall in. Bedsheets had holes from burns the looks of it. And stains that didn’t even look washed… along with strands of hair…. Broken furniture in the room and the TV that didn’t work.
