“The staff and Pilar were amazing! My friends and I were greeted by the staff and Pilar as we stepped out of our transportation. Upon entering the beautiful raid we washed our hands and were greeted by treats and tea. The room was clean, any question we had they were a quick to respond. “It’s a beautiful riad that’s pretty much walking distance to the restaurants we went to and close to the main road where taxis could be hailed and tour vans met. The highlight of our stay is the awesome team of staff spearheaded by Oumaima who treated us with special care - from our arrival, booking our tour, arranging our rides - everything was clearly communicated and efficiently done. “We had an amazing first trip to Marrakech thanks to Hassan and the staff at Darchica! The riad was an oasis of calm from the busy Medina and our room was spacious, relaxing and beautifully clean. “Amazing palace to stay, with great and friendly staff. The staff went out of there to make me feel welcomed and Marrakesh. They also gave good insight to activities and spots to visit. They also warn you about Hustlers that will try to show you the way to hotel, they charged me $20 for 5 minutes of time (as I sadly found out because I didn’t listen). They are persistent everywhere in Marrakesh and not just limited to the hotels, don’t let them follow you and don’t interact with them. ”
