“Recently, my partner, his father, and I stayed at a VRBO property while in town for a family wedding. The condo was quite new, reflecting the modernity and simplicity of the developing community around it. True to other reviews, the place delivered on its promise of being straightforward with no frills—exactly as advertised. The condo itself is minimalist, particularly when it comes to cooking amenities. Bring your own wine opener! We did encountered a small oversight with the single-serve……

“We were in Orlando with our daughter who was competing in Allstar Worlds cheer. The condo was perfect for us! Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was very nicely appointed and I think they tried to think of everything! including a beach umbrella and beach toys. The facility was well cared for and everyone was very polite and helpful. The pool is a great size (8' deep end) and kept very clean. The hosts are great! Very attentive. We got back late one evening and noticed it was warm in the condo.……

“I agree with a previous review stating the condo is nicer than the building it’s in. When we first arrived and got off the elevator, there was a weird smell that made me initially concerned. The room was as shown in photos, small kitchenette with mini fridge and ceramic hot plate was functional. Cleanliness was subpar, dish rack is rusted and sponge for dishes is clearly old. There weren’t extra trash bags or paper towel so we did have to go to the market and provide our own which is fine just……

“We picked this property for it's closeness to everything. When we first got there the alarm system kept beeping at us(probably due to our lack of knowledge) as well as a smoke detector. I talked with property manager and was able to get us taken care of along with sending us a gift card for some pizza. He even sent us dish towels when asked where some were via delivery. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it highly.”

“This property was perfect for my family of four’s stay in Orlando. It is conveniently located for Universal Studios being only about a 5-10 minute ride away. Everything inside of the apartment was as it appeared on the website. It was nice having a full size refrigerator, air fryer in the microwave and small burners to do some light cooking in the apartment. There were lots of great restaurants within a short walk and even more within a short drive. Great shopping near by too!”
