"This is actually a review of Kadun Boutique Hotel which is a sister property of Marina Fiesta and Hacienda Encantada Resort. The confusion and chaos surrounding the winter storm Fern resulted in my departure flights being cancelled and rescheduled for two days. I arrived at Marina Fiesta to find that my reservation had been cancelled due to “no show”. The front desk was very understanding but explained that the Marina Fiesta was now sold out. After some deliberation, they offered me accommodation at their sister property Kadun which was a couple blocks away. The offer included the all inclusive option which I had not purchased in my original reservation. All this sounded great so they transferred me to Kadun which was a brand new property having been opened in Dec 2025. The staff was immediately welcoming and were sincerely attentive my entire stay. The facilities are beautifully appointed and maintained religiously. The restaurant, pool bar, and coffee nook serve at a very high quality and embellish everything with a flair. I was dumbfounded with my luck and had no regrets about not staying at the Marina Fiesta. I would rank Kadun among the best hotels in the area."
