Nice place, friendly staff and awesome location. I did not receive the VIP upgrade benefit though. But the room given to me was ok, so no issues.

In-unit washer/dryer was extremely convenient. Staff spoke fluent English so that was a plus. Location is in between 3 metro lines as well and 15 minute walk to Tokyo station. Only real ‘complaint’ if any was that I wished the cleaning staff automatically replenishes the. Title water daily while cleaning the room without having to ask the front desk daily.

Loved to stay here!! Highly recommend it. Spacious, confortable and very friendly staff. The washer/dryer was in the room itself, a great convineience. For us this location worked great as its away from very busy area and provided a calm, quiet location to return to and less crowded trains from here. We didnt mind changing the local trains with transfers. Lots of convenience stores near by.

It is a good hotel, customer service is excellent, food is amazing, hot springs (both indoor and outdoor), sauna and steam room and swimming pool are great. We will come back on our next trip to Tokyo.

Excellent all around

The hotel was very nice but the rooms were outdated and the vents were dusty and had not been cleaned in a long time. There was so much dusty hanging from the bathroom vents, I thought it would fall on us while we were browsing out teeth. The sinks could also use a good cleaning.
