猶加敦半島 高爾夫球假期之旅

Our stay at Iberostar Waves Paraíso del Mar was okay overall, but there were a few things that disappointed us. The biggest issue was the pool. It was so warm that it wasn’t very refreshing, especially on hot days. We were looking forward to cooling off, but the water felt almost too warm to enjoy. The food was decent, but nothing special. There was a good variety, but overall it was just average and didn’t really stand out compared to other all-inclusive resorts. One thing that felt unfair was that many amenities weren’t actually available to all guests. For example, the water park at the neighboring Iberostar hotel required either a $99 per person day pass or a membership to use. We also noticed that access to some other facilities was restricted in the same way. Since all of the resorts are part of the same complex, it would have been nice if more amenities were included for all guests. The staff was friendly, the grounds were beautiful, and the beach was nice, so there were definitely positives. Overall, we had a decent vacation, but we think there is room for improvement, especially regarding included amenities and the quality of the food.

El hotel secrets es una muy buena opción para ir de vacaciones y conectar con la naturaleza, tiene instalaciones excelentes, comida deliciosa y personal super atentos y amables. El mar en la propiedad es muy bonita con el mínimo de sargazo, la playa y piscinas muy amplias. Quiero dar un agradecimiento especial para Julio y Armando del bufette market, a Roger, José, Jorge, Oscar y al chef Isaías del restaurante kikiche, a Dulce de café coco, a los drivers Guillermo y Martín, a Sr Omar que nos ayudó con nuestra maletas y a Tomás del lobby. Lamentablemente no recuerdo el nombre de las chicas del restaurante Barefoot grill, los snacks muy deliciosos, en especial los tacos. Y la coordinación y atención que te dan en el salón Amstar igual fue muy buena, Luisa nos ayudl a conseguir un traslado que requeríamos de última hora. Regresaría y lo recomiendo 100%
