「Manager was SO RUDE when I tried to check in 40 minutes early, at 3:20pm. I stopped in earlier in the afternoon where there was a different employee, very kind young man, working and he told me I could "check in for free after 3 IF there is a room available" or I could pay an extra $75 to check in at 1 when I was there originally. AC didn't work in room, and because check in is so late, there's no one around to help fix it. Breakfast is 7-9, got there at 8 with my toddler and there wasn't a...

「Really nice outside the inside was nice but could be spruced up and decorated the weekend. Lobster bake was good a little pricey for no more than what you got. I would suggest some chips or fries with the lobster roll.」

「Room was immaculate. Staff above and beyond. Feels like a community in respect to the shared kitchen; complete privacy iin each room. Chairs outside of each room to enjoy morning coffee with a pretty decent tree-filled view. As we left, the "owner's wife," (her words to introduce herself) asked if we saw the banana muffins she had made that morning. They looked delicious and she found a little bag for us to take one with us. I would stay here again in a heartbeat .」

「The garden, s’mores bar, and breakfast were great. The rooms were clean. It would have been nice to check out a little bit later and unfortunate the pool wasn’t open. Appreciated the staff and convenience to downtown stores and restaurants.」
