All good options for dining pubs quick food around very close. Hotel itself offered restaurant and drinks. Staff was all very helpful! Loved staying here

Liked free coffee, tea, water in lobby. Nice terrace area with tables in front of the hotel was relaxing & quiet. Room was very clean and ac worked well. Bed was comfortable & bathroom was decent. Convenient for Covent Garden, restaurants, shopping & theatres. Disliked that some rooms were in the basement or had a window onto a narrow dark shaft. This was not made clear on Expedia nor on the hotel website. Price seemed high for that type of room. Staff were helpful when room with actual window with daylight was requested. Photos of bar & restaurant are not part of the hotel lobby but situated in a different building accessed via a corridor.

A visibly stunning Hotel which retains its British Victoriana charm. The staff were all found to be pleasant and helpful the bedroom we stayed in was a good ample size with a comfortable bed the shower took some working out but we got there in the end. I would definitely stay at this hotels again as its location is excellent 👌

We were upgraded to a family suite which was nicest hotel room I’ve seen in quite some time. I wanted to stay for a month.
