Staff were nice, kids received a teddy on arrival which they loved, location is good and breakfast buffet was good. The external grounds of the hotel are also picturesque but inside the actual hotel room it felt dated and didn’t reflect the value we paid for the room. We also didn’t realise until the reception told us that kids under 16 are not allowed to use the hotel pool which was a bit upsetting to the kids.

Staff in cafe disinterested and unfriendly. No decafe coffee in room. Morning service and front desk staff great.
