North London Kid friendly Holidays

Plenty of room, complimentary Nespresso and crisps and chocolate replenished each day, great shower. Staff at the bar and restaurant were all pleasant and helpful.

Absolutely perfect!

Every chance I have to stay at a Citadines’ property, I am grateful. The rooms are large, the kitchenette very functional, the staff courteous and helpful. South Kensington lived up to, no, exceeded my expectations. If you have never stayed there, this is your chance for a wonderful experience. In addition, it is close to one of the best Underground stations in London. And, there is a fabulous grocery store (Waitrose) nearby and a pharmacy and wonderful restaurants as well. Finally, let’s not forget the free coffee machine that serves exquisite espresso and specialty drinks. I could not be happier !

Great service, clean spacious room. The shower door opened only to the inside and therefore for a large person it was very difficult to use. Of course there was a bathtub with a shower attachment, but no screen. Suggestion: either replace the shower door with one that opens to the outside or put a shower screen on the bathtub.

The hotel is feeling a little tired. The airconditioning in the room was so incredibly loud it kept waking me up. Staff were averagely friendly but not warm and bubbly. It's a great location.

The room was generally in good condition but furniture does need to be upgraded. I also did not enjoy having a separate toilet (with no sink) and having to walk over to the bathroom to wash my hands, just didn’t feel hygienic
