My only negative was the buffet breakfast. Two mornings we came down and had to wait 10-20 for a table even though many were open. (And we had this included with our rate). They just didn’t have someone to clean them. Not ideal when you have a trip planned and need to be done and leave the hotel soon.

Customer service was alright, staff was helpful when needed for the most part, had to have my room switched due to mold in the bathroom and the rooms I was switched to also had mold, the curtains didn’t close all the way it was hard to sleep in due to the sunlight,
rooms were not clean to my usual expectations tv channels are very limited balcony was pretty dirty and wet hotel overall needs work done hallways have a funky smell. Pools were pretty nice and open late not many food options on the property
