Wonderful hotel just off Bryant Park. Walking distance to Broadway and Central Park. Rooms for very cozy and the staff was very friendly. Continental breakfast was good. We’ll stay here again… just double check size of bed when you book, it could be smaller than you think?

LOCATION. LOCATION. LOCATION!!!!!
I interacted with reception I believe 3 to 4 times and it was very robotic, except for only one experience. Being across from Central Park was a game changer and ultimate New York experience. I read reviews about the elevators and it’s true, for whatever reason they just seem to be very slow, especially in the mornings before 10 AM. We had the AC unit in the room at 68 or 70 and it just never got cold but we were never uncomfortable, but we weren’t as comfortable as we could’ve been. Overall, it was a 4.5 out of five stars.
