Osaka Romantic Holidays

We have a great stay. Staff was nice and the facilites were clean and had everything you need if you forgot anything at home. So solid party room had even more space than we needed. It was amazing! Right across from universal just a short walk across the street. Would return definitely if I come back to Universal Japan!

Hotel Monterey Grasmere Osaka feels surprisingly luxurious for the price—grand, elegant, and far more upscale than expected. The hotel is extremely convenient to Namba Station, with direct access through a vast network of underground walkways that makes getting around Osaka effortless. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the classic European-inspired design adds to the sense of staying somewhere special. Staff were friendly and helpful, and views from the higher floors are excellent. Overall, this is a beautifully appointed and very reasonably priced hotel that serves as an outstanding base for exploring Osaka.

This was our second stay at Sheraton Miyako Hotel Osaka, which we chose again for its convenient location, access to transportation, and helpful staff. We enjoyed using the lap pool, but there is a separate fee for this as well as the spa facilities.

Clean room, lots of thoughtful touches, and way more amenities than I was expecting

All of the above However, when I asked about a late check out at 1 pm, they just gave 30 mins. I think one hour is not an unreasonable request. Anyway, I respect their policy.

Hotel amenities and restaurants are great! Location is top notch, in namba station and walk distance to Kuromon market and Shin sai bashi suji. Check in and check out were both smooth. The 46th floor restaurant has an unbeatable view and the breakfast was outstanding !!
