One of the elevators was inoperable forcing everyone to use one. It caused very crowded spaces and it took going up or the down the floor time consuming! Everything was nearly perfect about this hotel except for the elevator situation!

Beautiful hotel! Absolutely love the size of the room, the bathtub, the shower and the toilet! All of the staff were excellent and very helpful. Can’t wait to come back again! Definitely stay here! Very close to public transportation. excellent use of sunset.
