Would appreciate if there's someone to assist in the luggage. We arrived about midnight and tired, there was no one to assist us with our bags. There's no toilet paper in the restroom in the lobby.

The pool was closed so we called ahead to discuss cancelling. Every time we called, we were told to call back at another time. We tried four times and never got the one employee who could assist us. Frustrating process.
