Placid Hotel Design & Lifestyle Zurich
Placid Hotel Design & Lifestyle Zurich"Very modern, green and efficient room. Only issue was no aircon and the sliding window did little to ventilate. Good location, five minutes' walk away from a tram stop and ten minutes from Letzipark mall."
FIVE Zurich - Luxury City Resort
FIVE Zurich - Luxury City Resort"I had a wonderful stay, the rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. The hospitality was truly outstanding, making the entire experience memorable and enjoyable. I would highly recommend FIVE Zurich to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable stay with exceptional service and warm hospitality. Definitely a 5-star experience!"
"Overall, the hotel was decent and the staff was friendly, but my 12-day stay came with some bizarre and frustrating experiences. At check-in, my room key had "272" written on it. After repeatedly searching for the room and returning to the front desk, I learned it was actually 212. The number written was very clearly not a 1. Before arriving, my confirmation email somehow stated both that the deposit could be paid in cash AND that cash was not accepted. When I asked for clarification, I got...
"I like that the area was close to public transport and shops nearby."
"It was a very nice stay, clean, and the staff was great."
"The place is convenient, close to the train & bus station. The room is modern with kitchen supplies, good for cooking if you are saving money for food. Generally, it’s clean but i think that day the housekeeper forgot to sweep the floors - it’s dusty. They are strict in check-in/out. You can call help via phone call but no one is around to talk to. You must bring your phone all the time inside the vicinity, otherwise you are screwed. All in all, its a nice decent place to stay."
