Nothing really bad to say about the experience, great service, nice staff, good breakfast, good in room coffee.
Clean and well maintained it’s just so dated. Old school tub and shower curtains, color schemes that I don’t think have been updated since I stayed here like 20 years ago, and what type of hotel doesn’t have a smart TV in 2025?
Anyway, still a good downtown choice.

The room was nice, if a little dated. The headboard fell off the wall when I went to plug in my phone lol. But the staff is very hospitable, the food in the lounge is very good and reasonably priced, the parking is very good for downtown Edmonton, and walking distance to Rogers place. I'd stay here again.

Good location, for events at Rodgers place.
Hotel was clean and the rooms are nice.
Pillows aren’t great and I wish they put more the 2 paper cups in the room.
Overall great place to stay.
Cora’s downstairs was delicious and worth the wait.

We have stayed here many times. Every time we fly out of YYC. Rooms are always clean. Good restaurant downstairs and a casino across the parking lot. The airport shuttle is always on time for drop off and pick up. We will continue to stay here whenever we use yyc.
