“We were put in a room next to the elevator shaft. All night we had extremely loud whooshing noises coming through the room due to the sound of the elevator going up and down. This is the loudest hotel room we have ever had. We had to seek out ear plug for our kids just to try and get them to sleep. The pillows were hard and big so our necks were sore. Parking was extremely hard to find and when we did find a spot we read signs to proceed to the front desk to pay for parking, got to the front……

“King suite was advertised to sleep 5 but had a king bed and pull out couch, cot was available at additional price. Parking $35/day however the parkade beside the hotel advertises $15/day. Live and learn. Thermostat was not working, unable to turn down heat. Maintenance unable to fix as "centralize issue" did provide us with a fan. Microwave listed on website but not in the room and one was not available. The staff was very friendly but at $400/night I expect better and would not recommend……
