The location is so central that it walkable to many ,many great restaurants, and attractions.
The people were all so great specially Quan and Anh. They helped us navigate the city, and arranged tours and transport for us.
My family had a wonderful time in Hanoi.
We have highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. They make extra effort to make sure we have the best stay during our visit at Hanoi. All the staff was amazing and strongly recommend this hotel. I will definitely return.

Hospitality is all I will remember from this hotel. All the staffs are extremely nice, always have a nice conversation with the staff. They speak English really well so communication was very easy. Friendliness, tentative and professional.
