「This is the worse experience in this hotel. It was noisy all night. The staff knocked my door at 10pm while i was sleeping and asking me whether i am showing with lots of water on the floor because downstair is leaking. I am sorry but i think the crack on the bathroom wall caused this problem thousands of times before. It was not my fault, i finished my shower 30mins ago and the bathroom has no water on the floor」

「Just 5 mins walk from T2 of Manchester Airport. My kid was with us. For some reason there was no more room for 3 of us. The staff was able to make an arrangement to offer us 2 double bedrooms instead. I appreciated that flexibility. The hotel is like new and everything is clean and comfortable. Although the room is not big, I am very happy. I like the breakfast too. The croissants and brie chess are great. 」

「One of the receptionist seems a little cheeky and wasn’t very helpful or friendly as such. The slimmer figure with long straight hair one was nicer. Sorry didn’t catch their names. The room size is not huge, a little bit like what you would expect compared to staying in London. Toilet hanging bar got a little rusty. But a part from that the room is clean and nice bed. Curtain is dark enough for a good sleep. The building is located at the side of the street so not noisy at all. If it wasn’t for...

「The room wasn’t tidied when I first entered. Used cups were in the basin and I asked the front desk to help deal with the situation. The staff were friendly and solved problem quickly. The location is close to Manchester Piccadilly. However, the room was poorly soundproofed. I could hear the ladies in the next door chatting and shouting all night long. Couldn’t sleep at all… air conditioning was so loud to the point that it was very annoying… 」
