It's warm in the lobby and the reception is nice; Hotel is near the bus stop, convenience store (5mins) and restaurant (10mins); The room is neat and tidy and room size is big; Onsen area is quiet. Breakfast is also included. The hotel should add a washing machine and microwave.」

「The location of this hotel is easy to access by walk from the cable car station and also ship tour. The checkout time is a bit too early at 10a.m. The view (lakeside room and restaurant) are marvelous. Service of Staff at restaurant are efficient! Except the early checkout time, the only shortfall is the efficiency and cool attitude of front desk」

「The property is a little bit away from the train station and up the hill, but shuttle is provided between 1 and 5 pm every day for pickup. We arrived later, and decided to walk despite being given the option to have them pick us up by request. Checkin was simple and straightforward, we were given instructions on paper and in English. The hotel is a little older, but meticulously maintained cleanliness made up for it. We stayed only one night, and were pleasantly surprised that “half-board”...

「I stayed here for one night, and we were delighted. Our room faced out to the golf course, simply beautiful scene right in front of our room. The hotel is classy and filled with country vibe. It is very close to the Segokuhara pampas grass field, a good hiking place. Overall, highly recommended. 」
