「Location to Arch and Busch Stadium made for an easy visit to St. Louis. Also, we walked to Stanley’s Cigar Lounge about .7 miles away and to a few places to eat and drink. Super convenient! 」

「The stay was good. The hotel is very nice!! Their snacks at happy hour could be better, but that’s me comparing it to the Happy Hour at a Drury Inn. They only offer Valet parking, which is fine and I knew that, but the Valet scratched my car when getting it out of the garage and they still charged me the overnight parking fee. I would think that would at least be waived given the inconvenience of me now having to get my car fixed. He was apologetic and the manger handled the situation very well....

「Absolutely loved the Pennywell! In what you can tell once was a bank, it also had a modern touch in the lobby area. The valet parking was wonderful with the valet staff offering to help load and unload. The room was small, but extremely cozy, with a king size bed, comfortable mattress, and comfortable pillows. Will definitely be staying here the next time we got to a game...Cardinals or Battle Hawks」

「Unfortunately the pipes froze and broke right before we arrived at the hotel but the staff was amazing and relocated us and provided transportation to our new hotel. They went above and beyond and couldn’t have been nicer in spite of the challenging conditions that they were facing. We were sorry not to stay there but will try again next time we’re in town.」

「It was a good stay for the most part. The staff was wonderful. My only complaint is that they charge a reimursable $100 room fee but it takes 10- 15 days to get it back. It has been 2 weeks and I still did not receive my deposit back. 」

「Gute Alternative zum Hotel für uns beide. Hatten es kurzfristig gebucht und auf der Reise nur begrenzten Internetzugang. Der Buchungsprozess ist komplett online und war daher etwas kompliziert. Nach einem Telefonat mit der Mitarbeiterin AJ lief aber alles problemlos.Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür für den Weg in die Innenstadt und zum Gateway Arch.」
