“I visited once two years ago and felt that I could choose this place again this time. But this experience was really bad! The white towels have turned yellow, the bathroom has been dripping, the refrigerator has not been cleaned, and there are other traces on the bed! All in all, very bad, will not come again!”

“The smell in the room is very bad, the sanitation is not clean, the kitchen is very old, the swimming pool is not available, the attitude of the staff is very bad, and the overall feeling is very unhappy”

“This place is old, the balcony door was not working well, the elevators were not working well, most of the sockets were not working. The view was stunning but I would definitely book somewhere else next time.”

“Regret for joining the shuttle to sawgrass outlet. The shuttle service was highly recommended by the hotel staff (I don’t know if they have any relation!) It took me so much extra time to travel (as the bus had many pickups). Room is spacious and comfortable. But had a very strange odour. ”

“Property was pretty much as advertised. Hotel is showing it's age but it was pretty clean. Would have been nice if the room had a comforable chair or small couch - there was only a desk chair. The property used my hold credit card to pay in full before we checked in even though the reservation process on Expedia specifically stated this card would only be used to hold the reservation and we would pay in full upon arrival. Really messed up my vacation plans. ”

“The staff were all very kind and helpful. Bowo who cleaned our room was amazing and Staff dinning room and windjammer we amazing. The food was delicious and they accommodated my gluten intolerance with amazing gluten-free food. It would have been easier if there was a list of gluten free breads, English muffin or pancakes some where.”
