“Bill and Tiffany were exceptional hosts! I stayed at their apartment attached to a historic mansion in San Diego, and it was an incredible experience. Tiffany arranged discounted zoo tickets for me, and Bill went the extra mile by spending additional time to ensure the hot tub was sparkling clean. The property itself was amazing, located in a great neighborhood. I enjoyed grilling in the backyard every night. Even though it was just me, they treated me like royalty. “We needed a place for a nice and relaxing rest for one night and this place was just that. We enjoyed the welcome margaritas in the quaint backyard upon arrival. “We enjoyed the proximity to parks, the zoo, downtown, soccer stadium, the airport, etc. The host was great to deal with. The property needs some tlc. The awning in the yard which shows in the picture was lying on the ground, there was no tray for the dish rack, the bedroom closet door was off the slider and the cabinet under the TV in the living room was partly broken. You'll need to be able to sign in to your own streaming services and there's no live TV. These are minor details and as such we……

“This was our second stay at this adorable place. It’s cozy, has all the amenities you need, the linens smell really clean and freshly washed, everything is clean. The bed and even the pullout are super comfy. The owners are really responsive and helpful. The location of this place is perfect for walking to the funk zone and state street. This will be our “go to” when we stay in SB. I love this place and can’t wait to come back.”

“We had the best time in San Diego over spring break. This condo is located in the perfect area, close to shops, restaurants and right on the beach. Having a parking spot made it so easy and convenient to come and go as we needed. It fit our family of 5 great. I would recommend bringing a rug to help keep some of the sand outside(we improvised with a towel), as well as hangers because there aren’t dressers to put your clothes in. The kitchen was fully stocked, very clean and up dated! We would……

“The apartment was withing walking distance of the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, bars, and souvenir shops. We were able to easily drive into downtown San Diego for other activities that we were interested in. The only thing I was disappointed with was there was not any air conditioning. We are from a colder climate and found that part uncomfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in CA. This will likely be the last time we will spend a vacation with just our little family as our kiddo's are……

“Owners communicated all the important information very well! The property was clean and ready early! She gave great recommendations of places to eat as well as places to go see! Loved the games they had, even though we brought some to play. Only “complaint” we would even have, which is NOT a complaint at all is it would be nice if there was more light in the living room. We will definitely stay here again!!!”

“We had a great stay, the first night the upstairs people were a little loud, but they checked out the next day and the rest of our stay all we ever heard from the upper unit were occasional footsteps. The kitchen was well equipped, we had breakfast every morning before we went out for the day. Bed was very firm not a complaint just an fyi. Shower was great, living room and outdoor spaces were good. Right on the path that goes from one end of the beach to the other, beach volleyball right out……
