"Stayed at this hotel back in April and it was great..this time though only one issue, this morning I missed breakfast as it ended as 9am and I hadn’t realised. Not an issue as such but tired to get some milk to take to my room but they said No and then in my room whislt I had a kettle and mugs, there was no coffee/tea or any utensils to make my own coffee…ended up going to 7-11..a little frustrating…a bowl of milk and some coffee could t have been that difficult to muster from the kitchen"

"Was at a very convenient location from the station and staff was very friendly and efficient. The bed was a little hard and the room a little small, but the breakfast definitely made the stay at the hotel more memorable, especially for the price."

"The experience of an Onsen was great and the view of Fuji San has been memorable. We loved the varied breakfast and the option just to receive a set of clean towels everyday was veruy convient. The goods available in front of the Lift and at the Onsen were great. "

"Loved our stay here absolutely beautiful property, rooms and facilities. The free happy hour was INSAN and the free breakfast buffet was perfect with some western options. Only con is the pillows aren’t the best and there’s a 5 minutes giant hill up to the property but overall a central location, 15 min walk into town. "

Amazing view with great service and the breakfast is also great with a mix of Japanese and western style items. Staffs ware friendly and room are clean and updated. They also have shuttle service to tourists locations around the area. "

"The staff was extremely friendly and helpful here. The hotel is directly next to Fuji Q Highland and our room had an amazing view of Mt. Fuji! We stayed in a traditional Japanese room and it was so much fun. The staff came and showed us how to use the futon beds. "

"This is a very old hotel located in a quieter section of Hakone. The room is much bigger than average hotels, but the facility is a little bit old. We tried the hot spring and Yukado. It was amazing. The buffet breakfast was the best part. You got the chance to taste great Japanese foods and deserts. There are some small restaurants within walking distance in the area. There are buses taking you to Lake Ashi and all the sightseeing spots in Hakone. There is a green pasture wetland trail...
