"I have visited JA countless times and I totally appreciate that this property has the R&R experience from the silent headphone parties to 24 hour room service. The room was beautiful and delivered the palace atmosphere. Had a small problem with the tv and a tech came right away to fix it. Also another small fix is when the DND sign is on the door the housekeepers need to respect it and wait to be announced to enter. Overall my experience was awesome and i would definitely recommend this...

"The property needs more attention to cleanliness. The elevator floors were dirty and for some reason there were huge flies in the hallway for 2 or more days.The window treatment in room 4204 is missing. This impacted efforts to get proper rest once it was daylight. The staff at the resort were very friendly and welcoming. Always offering assistance and ensuring we were taken care of."

"We really had a good experience with Majestic Mirage in Punta Cana. We have been to a few All-Inclusives and this one has been the best so far. The staff was very attentive, friendly and always willing to answer questions with an honest reply. An honest reply you don’t get very often, if ever. We had a butler assigned to us by the name of Jacobs, he truly was an amazing person to deal with and did whatever he could to make and keep us happy. Definitely will be coming back again. "
