"Really pleasant 3 night stay. Comfortable, spacious accessible room, which had the ability to have different aid con settings in each section. Great view of the planes landing/ setting off at London city airport with minimal noise. Lobby welcoming, friendly staff and plenty of spaces to relax or do sone work. "Ideal location, short walk to Russell Square underground station also bus services at the doorstep. We booked a standard plus room that had recently been renovated very clean and tidy. The room had a walk-in shower perfect for us older folk. King size bed very comfortable. We were located on the 6th floor facing the courtyard so most of the time it was very quiet. All the staff were very friendly and big thanks to the duty manager who allowed us to check-in early after a long flight from Western Australia. If you like to start the day with a cooked breakfast you can`t get better value than here. We will certainly return here if we visit London again."
