“This property is old and needs improvements. The first room I was in had plumbing issues with. O hot water and a back up in the toilet. When I first got into the room, there was feces waste in the toilet. The staff moved me to a different room and said they had been having problems with the plumbing in that room. The second room was better, but the shower hand rail was not attached in the tub. The holes where it was attached were mostly covered with some kind of tape but there was also……

“I felt the facility was somewhat dirty. The carpets haven’t been cleaned in a very long time. When I got out bed, I put my flip flops to walk about the room because of the dirty carpet. Some updating is needed along with new carpet.”

“Stayed for eight nights and there were no bagels after four days in. The food attendant did feel free to hang around the clerk at the front desk though. The coffee was weak and flavorless. Everything seems worn and in need of repair or refreshing. Tiles in the toilet/shower area were loose. It felt as if I would step wrongly and dislodge them. The front desk clerks were indifferent. I felt lectured.”

The was no microwave in the room, no coffee pot, and there was no breakfast or coffee in the lobby in the morning at 7:30 am when we left. Our key card quit working and I had to make 3 trips to the office and it still never worked again. The staff person was terribly unhelpful! I had to wait outside my room for a 1/2 hour because my husband was in the shower and couldn’t hear me knocking over the fan in……
