Room was nice and cozy. Staff was lovely. She made recommendations on the restaurants and even called the restaurants to make recommendations. The hotel and the most amazing onsen with Mt Fuji view. Definitely check it out!

Disappointing dining experience , especially the dinner buffet, also no service. Plates were not clear thru out the meal !! Wat a joke !! Front desk check in guy try to con me to believe my bookings are 3 double rooms !!
