"This place is a really nice getaway. However, if you are American, more specifically, African American, anticipate stares from the European guests. We were told that not many Americans frequent Hurghada, hence the stares. It became quite uncomfortable after a while. Otherwise, the resort is beautiful and so is the beach! "Nice hotel with great food selection throughout the day. Lovely pool bar with fresh oven pizzas made in front of you. Theme of hotel is interesting. Main negative is extremely poor WiFi and the hotel tries to make you pay 10€+ to use WiFi in your room. This is simply not good enough for a 5-star all inclusive hotel."

Sunrise Crystal Bay is hands down the best resort I’ve ever stayed at in Hurghada. From the moment we arrived, everything was top-notch. The resort is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a true luxury experience from start to finish.
If you’re planning to stay here, I highly recommend booking in the Posh Club. It takes your entire experience to another level. Exclusive areas, premium service, total relaxation. It made our trip unforgettable.
What really made the stay special was the service. Huge shoutout to Hussien. This man genuinely cares. He looked after me and my family like royalty and made sure everything was perfect. He’s professional, kind, and on top of every little detail. Hussien is simply the best of the best.
