“Rooms: The rooms were decent. The floors in the hall were a little dirty like the carpet was worn down, possibly needing to be replaced. However, the carpets in the room were ok. The room was nice with a fridge, microwave & desk. I did find it weird there wasn’t a safe in the room.
Breakfast: It wasn’t a real continental breakfast. The time was cut short and some selections wasn’t great selections you would usually choose from (some sort of egg cheese blanket, small chopped smoked sausages)……

“the place was ok, but the security door on second floor did not work, there where large roaches in my room that i killed, the front desk did not care, when i told him of the roaches he said , yes , they are gettting out of the rain and that is normal , no concern, dont stay here.”

“The room wasn't ready when we arrived. Even after talking to the manager, nothing was done to our room unless I told the person at the counter. I even told the staff what we needed on the 2nd day and that wasn't done. Piss poor attitudes and worse work ethic. By far the WORST Holiday inn express I have stayed at.”
