“I had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel and would strongly advise others to stay elsewhere. First off, the pool was completely unacceptable. The water was brown and visibly filthy—definitely not something anyone should be swimming in. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, which immediately made me question the overall hygiene of the place. The front desk staff were no better. They were rude, dismissive, and acted like helping guests was an inconvenience. Any time……

“Really nice hotel! Inexpensive. Convenient location to downtown.”

“Everything we used was functional and in good repair. The window covering was strange: they had a pull down blackout shade that had a photo of a city on it. To open the shade would be to lose privacy, because there were no curtains or shears to let in any light. Upon check-in, there was a sign that threatened a $50 fine for disturbing adjacent guests, or for theft. We didn't view that as welcoming. There was no complimentary breakfast of any kind, which we expected because it was……

“Ollive Garden is in the parking lot & had no wait time. ”

“room was dirty as well as the bathroom and tub were filthy. front desk staff was rude and not helpful at all. outside doors get left open all the time so anyone can walk in at any time and the property is really loud people stay up late making all kinds of noise on all days of the week ”

“The property was not inviting. Carpet was torn in places, ammonia smell around the room, several rooms with random construction type materials with shades open visible from the outside. Check in was slow but the staff was friendly. ”
