「Hôtel propre, bien calme, bien situé à 2 pas de Times Square. Par contre attente trop longue pour les ascenseurs plus trop de monde pour le petit déjeuner, salle beaucoup trop petite pour accueillir tous les gens de l'hôtel, trop d'attente le matin pour avoir une table. Petit déjeuner copieux mais peu de sucré, à part les muffins et les gaufres où on attend pour avoir un gaufrier. 」

「Do not live here. It’s terrible. I booked this hotel when I had my trip to New York.there was stains that from people left on the bed and pillows.disgusting. They nerver cleaned properly when customer left . Do not stay here. Or you are gona regret staying this place」

「Bath tub is a bit small and the internet is pretty unstable. You'd better have your own internet. The rest is all awesome. The location is great. Only 10-15 mins walk to Time Square and theatres. Staff are really helpful and friendly. I checked in on Apr 19 and the room unfortunately had a strong smoking smell, however the gentleman at the front desk helped me changed to another room immediately. I'd love to come back again.」

「The house keeper forget to close the door for whole day. Don’t rave any important stuff in the room. The neighborhood is noise car is horns and drive by. 」
