“Absolutely wonderful staff and the room was amazing!! The only issue (not their fault) they put me on the top floor and I struggle with stairs a lot as I’m disabled.. so, I booked a small single room but they have a huge room with a double and two singles great bathroom windows that open for air and the bed was great and the hot chocolate n biscuits. But I almost fell asleep my legs died underneath me and I was too shaky for what looked and slightly tasted like a fab breakfast. I was just……

“On arrival we found most of the staff preoccupied with setting up function rooms for a local school prom which we had been advised prior to arriving was taking place. Received our key at reception and went in search of our bedroom. This was supposed to be an accessible room, it was less than desirable and unfit for a wheelchair user.
