“I stay at the Glendale regularly to visit my daughter and granddaughter who live nearby. It is a lovely hotel above an Italian restaurant with very convenient access to Penarth train station with regular trains into nearby Cardiff. It has both single and double size rooms and I usually choose a single. The rooms are well appointed with rather basic shower facilities, tea & coffee etc. a very nice full cooked English breakfast is available (extra) and of course there is the very convenient……

“Overall it was very good stay kinf staff and clean facility”

“The location is impeccable but being in the city centre it can be quite noisy at night because of all the bars & clubs downstairs. The triple room is on the 4th floor so noise wise it's tolerable for just one night but be prepared to lift your luggages up the 100-step stairs. The room is better than expected, really clean & tidy. One down side is this hotel doesn't have its own reception so have to check in at the hotel across the road instead.”

“Fantastic stay only a short walk from Cardiff Main Station, Castle or City Center. Check-in with keyless code and key box. The whole accomodation has been renovated recently so everything is in very good condition. Highly recommendable”

“Love it ”

“Was a lovely apartment, comfortable and homely. Free Parking available. There is a bar downstairs, you can hear the music from the house but they close by 10pm so the noise is not disruptive at night. Loved my stay with my family. Would recommend to friends.”

“酒店大堂看似有點舊，有點髒，但房間內的牀單被舖卻很整潔。酒店有點偏遠，要走長長的斜路上坡下坡。如果駕駛就沒關係了。但酒店外環境美麗，可遠眺海景，常見海鷗飛翔，因位處於高地，似與天空連接在一起。酒店外有些外賣小店供應印度、中國等菜色。”

“- The kitchen was very convenient and included most cooking equipment although the grill/microwave was a little difficult to understand - Amazing environment, quite lively at times but did not affect noise levels due to soundproof walls. A big plus! - Bed was very comfortable and the lodge had lots of storage space which we liked. - Water pressure and temperature of shower was a little low but did not impact experiment too much - Smooth communication and information provided prior to coming to……
