We tried calling them several times and stood outside in the rain for over one hour. When hotels.com finally reached them, they gave us the keys to another apartment which was already occupied by other guests. "十分好酒店，有feel,有免費船乘搭，職員態度10分好，每個都預備幫你，感覺好親切，部份房間翻新，空間感足夠，門外有便利店很方便，亦有巴士站，有公園，寧靜得嚟又可以四圍去，我會再選擇呢間酒店 Excellent hotel with a great vibe. There’s a free boat ride, and the staff’s attitude is 10/10 — everyone is ready to help, which feels very warm and friendly. Some rooms have been renovated and are spacious. There’s a convenience store right outside the door, which is very convenient, and there’s also a bus stop and a park nearby. It’s quiet, yet easy to get around. I would choose this hotel again."
