We were informed by the hotels.com many times that our booking is confirmed, however we did not receive any information of how to enter the building. We were standing outside the building for 2h trying to reach the number given on the website, the live chat and we were told that they also struggle to reach the owner of the place. The Lodge Hotel - Putney

8/10 Good

"There's a lot to love about this property. It seems very new. The finishes are very nice. The rooms are well insulated and therefore very quiet. The area is nice, safe, walkable, and close to everything you need. HOWEVER! The bathroom is incredibly small. I'm above average in size (6'5"), and the shower was very difficult to use. My wife, on the other hand, is very much average in size (5'4"), and even she struggled to use the shower. Be aware of this when making your selection of hotels in the London area. This place has a lot going for it, but that was one very big drawback for us."
