“I can’t complain too much I got exactly what I paid for. Based off pictures alone I did believe my room would’ve been slightly bigger. Instead it was a room with a bathroom where you had to stand awkwardly behind the toilet to close the door. One side of the bed was just too close to the wall to get in. The kitchen sink took at least an hour to drain completely. Aside from the room the only complaint I really would’ve had would be the smell of other guests smoking pot on the balconies at all……

“They charge you a resort fee when there isn’t a resort anywhere in sight. The kiddie pool that they have, was dirty and was covered in rust. “Elevator doesn’t work, got stuck more than once, when we opted to take the some of the stairs are broken at the base which is a huge hazard coming down or going up from the 6th floor carrying items. I had a room with two beds, and one of the beds has something black at the bottom of the sheet, our balcony door did not slide open easy and had to be pushed open with force, bathroom door is way too close to the toilet where you can’t open/close the door all the way, staff was friendly.
