“Had a fantastic stay! Mark was super helpful and accommodating. Couldn’t be closer to the local restaurants, bars and of course the castle. Everything was spot on. Also the breakfast was tailored to how you want it and was delightful. Would definitely stay again and recommend anyone else to stay here.”

“Absolute nothing wrong qith the stay atall great beautiful location 5 minutes from the beach. Quite after 9. Couldnt even hear the town church bells with window closed”

“I liked that it was with in walking distance of the place I wanted to visit the staff were friendly and helpful meals Hughes to much for me. Thank you for a lovely stay .”

“We loved staying here...Vanessa was lovely, the clever way she did breakfast so we could choose when we had it, the comfy room and bed...the great taxi service to Seahouses, the fact the we were left alone to enjoy our few days...all combined to make the 3 nights we stayed wonderful, and we will definitly be back!”

“Situated in the very centre of Kelso, convenient place to stay when exploring the area. Checkin was done very easily, with clear instructions sent beforehand. There is a Greggs just in front of the hotel, and also several restaurants and takeaways in close vicinity. There was double glazing in the room, and hence better insulation. ”
