“Absolutely brilliant hotel and I love staying here. I stay here quite a lot and the reception, kitchen and maids are the loveliest and most professional people in the hotel industry. Couldn’t say enough nice things about this place. Rooms are lovely, beds are comfy and breakfast is class!. Only thing I would say is that the A/C doesn’t really work too well and takes a while for the room to cool down, so it is a little warm in the room for my liking, but that is it. Thank you everyone at Tŷ……

“We stopped at TY Newport Hotel to visit a show at the ICC Wales venue half a mile away. Reception staff were polite and courteous throughout our stay. Most things were available within the room like , Hairdryer , Iron and ironing board , kettle to make normal tea and coffee ( No Green Teabags). The room was quite large and clean with a side chair and low table. A large TV on the wall . The bed was quite comfortable. Had some food in the CASA area , we had Smashed Burger with chips and……
