“Lovely staff and breakfast”

“Loved the beach chairs available to guests”

“Privacy”

“Location was fine but the ac unit didn’t work and we sweltered for 3 nights. The Front Desk told me to go buy ourselves a fan on two occasions”

“Overall stay was great. Nice to have an indoor pool and hot tub. The outside grills were converted from charcoal to gas. Very helpful. We love the Cape in the fall! Nice little get away.”

“The New Seabury resort is beautiful & has excellent customer service. The 4/5 stars is because the unit we stayed in needs some updating. However, the layout, cleanliness, & location is good.”

“There were many dust spiders in the rooms. It also smelled musty.”

“Nice two bedroom unit on the top floor. Just be aware there are no elevators. Room was clean and comfy with a king bed and jacuzzi tub in one bedroom and two twin beds in the other. Nice sitting/eating area and small kitchen area with a full-size fridge, coffee maker, microwave and two burner stove top (no oven). Conveniently located across the street from the beach. Not a ton of parking though.”

“Parfait.
