"Had a hard time at check in with manager. I travel on business often, and this used to be my go to hotel while staying near Pittsburgh. This time though, after my 4th stay in 6 weeks, the manager wanted my cc to copy that was used to booked. My company books my travel, and never have I been asked for an “approval form” filled out prior to my stays or to copy my cc. After driving 8 hours of driving, I just wanted to check in. Not hear about how it’s to protect me. Yadda yadda yadda. The whole front desk staff has always been so welcoming and helpful. This guy, he needs a check on his hospitality skills."
